OFF TO MARKET

It's that time of year when we head back to Atlanta to this country's largest gift & home show. Many people think we are buying for Christmas, but in fact we are shopping for wonderful Spring & Easter gifts & decor. We bought Christmas in January & it has already arrived. We have already marked & sorted all our beautiful ornaments & decor and packed them away for our Christmas Open House in November. You are going to love what we have in store for you this Christmas! Think about us as we leave bright & early Friday morning at 4:30am. And, we will think of you as we pick out the best Spring & Easter goodies you will love. *Aromatique: We began selling Aromatique about 10 years ago by the recommendation of a customer. This has been one of our best selling lines & is made in Arkansas.

*Stirrings: We began carrying this line of delicious martini mixes when we hosted our first Witches Night Out. Everyone comes out for our delicious peach bellinis we serve at our Spring & Fall Open Houses.

*Cinda B is a wonderful line of quilted bags & travel accessories that are always popular with our graduates. This line has truly grown to now include a wonderful collection of sports bags & covers.

Recipes from Spring Evening of Design

As promised, I am finally posting a couple of recipes from our Spring Evening of Design. I hope you will enjoy!

TOMATO-CUCUMBER SALAD TARTLETS

1 pt. Grape Tomatoes chopped
1 md. Cucumber, peeled, seeded, & chopped
1/4 C. chopped sweet onion
1/4 C. chopped fresh parsley
1/3 C. crumbled feta cheese
Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper

Toss all ingredients together and spoon into mini pastry shells.


MELON, MOZZARELLA, AND PROSCIUTTO SKEWERS

20 (1 in.) cantaloupe or honeydew cubes
20 thin slices prosciutto
20 fresh small mozzarella cheese balls
20 (4 in.) wooden skewers
Freshly cracked black pepper

Thread 1 melon cube, 1 prosciutto slice, and 1 mozzarella ball onto each of 20 wooden skewers. Sprinkle with black pepper.

EVELYN'S SPRING EVENING OF DESIGN
